Started at around 179-180 pounds at the beginning of this. Now sitting at 172.6 after 6 weeks and finishing the program on Saturday! I have started SHRED III to continue this journey!

After running 🏃‍♂️ 3miles and done with 35 hit wasn't a joke. Dropped sweat and burned 265 calories. I did it in this hot 🔥 90° outside and wasn't cool in my garage either. Good job guys you did again amazing full body hit. Waiting for Tabatha next. Have a blessed weekend 😘 🙏
