After running 🏃♂️ 3miles and done with 35 hit wasn't a joke. Dropped sweat and burned 265 calories. I did it in this hot 🔥 90° outside and wasn't cool in my garage either. Good job guys you did again amazing full body hit. Waiting for Tabatha next. Have a blessed weekend 😘 🙏

Well the woman side is for people who are still building up strength, the mens side is for more advanced ppl. I get it tho, it's confusing
