This was a great workout. I enjoyed the mix of Tabata, Strength and conditioning, and core workouts. Admittedly, you almost had me with the jump rope but thankfully I didn’t give up. Do more of this format if you can. Thanks for all you do to push us!

Just finished your shred 3. This was a great compliment to that since i would never be able to finished this if I wasn’t in shape. I’m 64, had a double bypass last year and another stent put in 3 weeks ago. I feel and probably look a lot younger too 😊. Thanks again and will keep an eye out for new workouts ❤

This will be my new favorite workout. I used 20s and 17.5 dumbbells. 380 calories burned. Forgot my jump rope so did dumbbell mountain climbers instead. I was not expecting all those burpees at the end lol. It got Intense but I love burpees. I'm curious to see if I burn more next time when I use the jump rope. Great workout. Love the mix of dumbbells , jump rope and burpees.

I wish I could be fit like you and perform workouts and take breaks in between like you do. But the thing is I am unable to breath easily in between the workouts and getting too tired. Is that a process of getting fit or I am too weak sir.
