Completed this at the gym for the evening with a 35 lb. kettlebell and for a workout this simple in equipment and movement sets it got a serious sweat going from beginning to end! It rivaled the standard heavy resistance lifting sessions I usually do in terms of intensity with the ab and core round really utilizing my obliques, the Russian twist variation was a great challenger. More kettlebell sessions please! 🔥

Great way to bring variety into the workouts; I really enjoyed using my kettlebell! I only have a 12 kg, but for some exercises I could go heavier, so I ordered a 16 kg now. I‘m already looking forward to repeating this session with both kettlebells 😊. Have a great day too!
