I kind hurt my back last Friday so I wanted to take a break to be able to complete this routine which looked intense. HOLY MOLY : Intense it was🔥🌶. The front squat with the raise the turning wheels thing 🥵. I am dripping in sweat 😥. I was dead at the end of the burnout. I thought that it was a circuit and I was like how I am going to be able to repeat it. Once again great job Vera 👍🏾. Not sure if you guys are still in Corsica but enjoy 😉

Thanks so much for the suggestion. I understand why that might seem useful, but in my experience it only leads to competition and comparison. Everyone should determine an appropriate weight for themselves - what I use in a filmed workout shouldn’t affect that decision 💖 I do provide all the weight info in the caption & intro - at this time I don’t plan to add additional weight information as I believe this is the right thing to do for everyone’s health & happiness 💖

Squat is one of the most effective exercises out there, with numerous variations. I hope you talk to your doctor or physical therapist and figure out a variation that’s right for you - if that’s the reason you don’t do squats. Squats are not bad for your knees. If you can sit down in a chair - you can squats - many modifications to limit your range of motion - like squatting into a chair or bench exist 💖

Thank you for a great new workout 💪 love your upper and lower body workouts but I Think the full body workouts could get a better division. I know we get a extra abs session a week but For me in a "full body workout" have to be abs exercises too. And a better division in one circuit would be something like this: 1. Back (lower and upper) 2. Biceps 3. Triceps 4. Legs/Gutes 5. Abs What do you think? Today there was so much biceps and only little triceps. Would be nice if the division would be for every body part in every circuit. Sorry for my english🙈 But also thanks for every workout you do for us👍😉 YOU ARE REALLY GREAT!

I completely appreciate your comment, but I design my workouts, and I stand behind every exercise in my workouts, and the order in which is was performed. You’re of course free to design & plan your own workouts - but what I have in mind is the success of those that choose to do my workouts. Today’s workout had tons of tricep work - every single bicep exercise hits the triceps when performed correctly - and the workout on Saturday had extra tricep work, which I also take into account when planning a workout. Today’s workout had a ton of abs work - with one more ab session coming tomorrow - you’re free to perform the abs session and the full body together. Again, I advocate for the workouts I post and the exercises in my workouts, and I believe my results speak for themselves.

I’m not angry at all - I truly do appreciate your feedback. But I also take a lot of time to design each workout and plan it in the context of the full week - and the week before/after it - it wasn’t just thrown together in 5 minutes. Plus, a lot of people don’t appreciate that every biceps exercise equally works the triceps when performed slowly - so I’ll make sure to explain that going forward 💖

This was perfect timing for this workout. I’m out of town and only have access to a couple sets of dumbbells. I was able to make it work for the most part. Had some issue with buffering but that’s not your fault. Just keep trying to move. I love your kitty. What’s his/her name and breed? Also, why do we only do one round at the end, and not two?
