I’m with you!! A lot of no repeat workouts can be questionable, but I try to load mine with effective exercises and still make sure we challenge each muscle multiple times, while providing some variety to keep us from getting bored 💪💪

I found you about a month ago and am so thankful! Ive lost 60lbs since March and I really think your workouts helped me take it up a notch and not plateau. What a great way to kick off the new challenge 👏🏽 👌 I realized how much stronger I am since the first strong challenge, thank you!!😁 I know some of your subscribers ask for cardio and thought I'd mention burpee girl on KZbin...I added her 15-20 steady state cardio workouts when I did the 1st challenge and it helps to get cardio in on days that I lift with you or on active rest days...see you on Wednesday 😁

Started today-4/8/2024. Starting weight 226 lbs. workout format was excellent. 40 seconds work. 20 seconds to transition to next exercise. Slow and controlled moments. I’m only doing M-F. Will let you know my results in mid July. That’s when my 12 weeks will be complete.
