People often forget to work hamstrings and calves, they say it they get worked with everything else, but so do biceps and quads, yet we give THOSE dedicated workouts. So why not hamstrings and calves? Here Dan is giving us a few simple moves to do just that! This was great, thank you so much!

This is my alltime favourite workout since it targets all lower body muscles including glutes and even calves isolation. I keep on doing this everytime. It is such a fun workout ❤

I've been doing this routine for a lot of time now (maybe 8 months) and I feel like I've improved a bit, should I do other exercises apart from these or is it ok to stick and increase dumbbells weight?

hi, i watched videos in your channel today and i like how you consistently upload videos and the various training methods. but i am an beginner and my goal is to lose fat and increase muscle mass so can i expect to see positive results if i follow the 6week shred program? also how many reps should i focus on doing while performing the exercise.
