I thought the glute bridge to the banded burpee squat was... yowza! That’s a great pairing & I had to ditch the band the 2nd set. That followed by the ab work was killer. 👍👍👍

Another great workout, Penny! I love any deadlift and like the goblet squat with elevated heels, too. I found the plank jacks challenging after my hip flexors worked hard on the band up and under abs. Thank you!

Day 16! So glad I read the comments before posting! For me, this was very challenging! It a GREAT way. I was BEAT! And, I swore ALOT! I had never experienced "hypers" before... not sure I care to again :) :) Thanks again, was absolutely effective!

Penny WOW! This one took all I had!! Completing two 50 second sets of each exercise was TOUGH especially with cardio embedded. I loved BOTH CIRCUITS you always have wonderful variety and I enjoyed you including the bench and bands! This one took a lot of stamina and I was glad I made it through and excited when I heard the cool down music 😀😉PENNY you are AWESOME🍑

I loved it, Penny, the 50-sec intervals required some great endurance. I also was able to modify the last ab-butt lifts by wrapping my arms and interlacing my fingers behind my legs, just above my knees. This helped me lift my butt off the floor, yay, and achieve the same benefits. Thank you!

Holy moly. That was a pretty tough🥵 The band's laying on the bench w/squeezing your glutes....I think my booty gonna hurt and bulgarian split squat is another one. Loved this workout Penny did not have a resistance band got some on order hope they are good & do not slip like other's. On the minute killed felt like forever. Great combination of exercises including the abs, quality..

I have just found Penny on KZbin and completed 2 of her workouts this week. The Booty, Thigh and Bums workout was hard, but amazing. I had to do some of the modified exercises but will keep at it and hope to be able to do all of the hard exercises in time. Great workout 🍑🍑

🍑 👍🍑👍 to the end my friend! Anyone procrastinating about this workout....DON’T!!!! Really good leg workout ESPECIALLY with the bench! You can even use a flight of stairs for some of the exercises-like lunges- just elevate your foot behind you on that last step. Reallllllly good! 🍑🍑🍑👍👍👍thank youuuuuuuu Penny!!👏👏😊

I'm not going to be able to move tomorrow, I know it! That step on weight lunge one was pretty difficult to recreate since I have round dumbbells, so I put two horizontal to stand on the handles and it was really interesting (and tiring!), I could feel a lot of balance muscles firing off.🍑🍑
