Really liked this workout. I like no-repeat workouts. It wasn’t too hard on my knobbly knees either. Pace was ideal. I am liking this channel. I like quads and hamstrings. Booty is a bonus😀😀

Penny, this was the hardest leg workout I’ve ever done. I stopped at 38m as I’d done a 45 min spin before. You did things with the mini band that were new and very difficult. I have work to finish. Thanks for this workout...

Another winner, Penny! Really feeling the burn. Actually, this is the first time I'm trying a lower body only workout, I usually do full body. I feel the difference in intensity. I think they’re easier mentally because you don’t have to push through multiple sets but never easier physically 💪😅💪

🍑 I really hated you after the first set but I really ❤️ you when I was finished! That’s how I know I’m getting a good workout! I loved (hated) the strength/cardio sections with the cardio mimicking the strength move, i.e lunge/jump lunge, curtsy lunge/skaters, etc. If you did a whole workout like that it would be killer (tabata circuits maybe?).
