Ich sag ja sobald ich im Gym bin mach ich dieses Workout nochmal und statt acht zuhause heute mit der 12 KB im Gym durchgezogen ich bin soooo stolz auf mich 🥹 2,5 kg zugenommen seit Januar und ich wachse und das freut mich soooo sehr danke liebe kaykay für alles ❤❤❤❤❤😊

Really got the heart pumping this Kay Kay and I used 16KG for all the swings apart from the American. The rest of the exercises with 12KG or 16KG, although I haven't mastered windmills with weights yet so more work needed there for sure. Thanks!

Sobald ich in deiner Beschreibung „choose wisely“ lese, gehen bei mir die Alarmglocken an 😂. Mit meinem 5kg kettlebell konnte ich alle Übungen vom Tempo und Form super durchhalten! Die einzigen Kettlebell Workouts, die ich mache, sind deine ❤ Vorher konnte ich einfach nie etwas damit anfangen, bis ich mit dir trainiert und ein erstes Kettlebell Workout mit dir gemacht habe 🥰Du hast einfach immer die perfekte Kombi aus Kraft und HIIT Elementen 💪 Und auch hier liegen vor mir verschieden schwere KBs, damit ich zwischen den Übungen wechseln kann. Und mit jedem weiteren Workout bin ich einfach nur stolz wie weit ich schon gekommen, im Vergleich zu dem, wo ich gestartet bin 🔥

I love American Russian kettlebell swings, can feel this most on my core most effective exercise for myself. Managed to stick with my 12kg for most of workout apart from upper body and park had to drop close to the end too. Amazing new workout love it thank you 😊

eigentlich ist schon alles gesagt worden. nicht desto trotz. Es war ein mega Workout auch ohne Kettelball. Ich habe drei verschiedene Gewicht benutzt und am Ende war ich voller Endorphine. Ich liebe die Extreme die uns Kathrin immer so schenkt. Ob es die Burpees Challenge war oder heute die Swings, Hätte nie gedacht, dass mit die Swings so viel Spass machen. Auch in diesem Video konnte man wieder erkennen, mit wieviel Liebe, Begeisterung , Motivation diese Workouts geplant werden. Solche Workouts kann man nicht beschreiben, die muss man mitgemacht haben. !🥇💕

C etait très intense..kettle 10 kgs mais le mien est vraiment gros comparé au vôtre. Certains exercices etaient donc plus difficiles à faire. N importe je le suis régalée et j en ai bavé. Merci❤

This was intense, yet so much fun 😍. I used 12 kg too but had to swap it for 8kg (shoulder press and one handed swing) or even 6kg (windmill) at times. Respect for being able to do a windmill with 12kg, thats insane😅.
