I am three months post rotator cuff repair and this is the first full body I have done. I had to use a 3 or nothing on my R side but these all standing workouts are a lifesaver for me to keep my fitness going while healing. Enjoy your coffee. :)

There is something extra special about this workout! I've been working out via KZbin consistently for about a year, and this was the most calories I've ever burned -326 calories. I LOVED IT❤

Hi Penny, I like the way you mix strength and cardio with dumbbells. You said 5kg in the presentation, but there were 3 pairs. Will you add a ding ding when the timer hits 0 so we don't miss the rest when not looking at the screen ? That would be marvelous !
