This 40-minute kundalini yoga kriya is SUBLIME! It works on the lungs to get more of that juicy, healing, life-affirming prana - aka breath - into your body. You'll find this kriya not only heals the lungs, but it has a rather wonderful effect on your mind, too, bringing clarity and neutrality for crystal clear thinking.
Remember to take care of your body - don't push beyond your comfort zone. Kundalini yoga can be challenging in a good way - but the moment it starts to feel challenging in a bad way, slow it down or stop and visualize yourself doing the exercises. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
