After a long break of NO exercise except for a little walking, I tried this workout for the first time. I’d say I only managed to do 20% of it but I know I can do so much better. I’ve set myself a challenge to do it. I loved the workout ...thank you!

Yay. Knocked this one out today. It was great. Moves that were new to me too! I was going to say the sound was a little harder to hear than normal and then realized KZbin had fed me an older video. 😀 thank you so much for helping me sweat from home!

I hated this video because it was too fast I was so lost. BUT.... I stuck with it and loved it towards the end ❤️ I will repeat so that I can do it in a fluid manner. Thank you 🙏🏻

I love your instruction! Thank you for making these! Is there a way that you attach the microphone of the camera so the sound is not so echoey? Like what you were doing when you were doing workout videos at home?

I agree! However, I found listening with headphones helped.

Agree the audio wasn't the best. Next time we are indoors I will bring my mic and speaker so sound is better. Thanks!

I hear you. The moves are to sync with the rhythm of the music. Might be better off trying the Full Body workouts. Thanks for watching.
