*woah that flow was incredible! i took breaks as needed but this went by very quickly! my transitions have definitely gotten bette over time. over 440 active calories burned and 520 total calories burned and counting! i did a lower body workout with you yesterday and felt the tightness in my groin, hamstrings, etc. i knew i needed some piyo today!*

This is a great workout! I have been following your weekly calendar and I look forward to the piyo workouts that are included. I especially like that piyo challenges my balance and core along with other benefits.
