My God. This has to be one of the hardest work outs I’ve ever done in my life. For 15 plus years I’ve been doing HIIT, kick boxing, distance running, spinning… never have I ever had a work out this hard.

I’ve only previewed it. Need to be in high energy mode before doing it.🙂 And once I’ve done it will see if I can add on the evening one with no power (loved that option too) from a couple weeks ago but that would over an hour which is probably too optimistic of me at my age!!

It was OMG... 23 min was the hardest moment for me.. i wanted to give up so bad!!! But well! I did it! Thank you so much, Michelle! I skipeed about 10 burpees today, but I will do it tomorrow again and may skip only.. 9? I am so happy I didn't give up today and finished this workout! ♥️😊💪😍👍

I might hate you a little bit for this one. Lol! Super hard, yes, but not as fun as the rest of the piyo in my humble opinion. Just a lotta jumping and no strength... i looooove your workouts and will continue to do them. Just always hated the power track.
