40 MIN Full Body Pilates Workout | Day 1 Challenge | No Equipment
Hi Angels!
I am SO excited to finally share a Pilates Workout challenge with you! I noticed how we are all craving longer for workouts so I decided to make a guide. I will be posting 3 workouts a week between 30-50 minutes each focused on different parts of the body!
Pilates has really changed my body. I became more aware, had more love for my own body and got more toned!
If you are a beginner and new to the channel welcome! If you have been here for a while and you want to make the workouts a little more challenging feel free to throw on some ankle or arm weights!

I loved this!!! Just what I needed - a good burn but not too tiring & period friendly. Plus this workout has a very feminine vibe. LOVED IT! Hoping there will be more after this challenge.

Omg that was so difficult but I made it through! I have only been walking regularly recently and have gained some weight over the past year and really need to do this more often! I’m excited to try to keep up with the challenge. I have done Pilates in the past so it’s familiar but it’s always a challenge when I’m out of shape! Good video

Sane, that was wonderful. Moves I had never tried, so much nourishing gentleness and also deep work. I aso loved how you said "oh no we're not doing that" after reaching one of your left arms ;) thanks for bringin in imperfectionism and a safe space

Just finished the work out !!! it was very interesting and I am happy that you are doing this 3 weeks challenges pilates work out and give us access easily to this pratice. However, I am still a beginner and I already had some classes of pilates before, and If possible It could be cool if you give more details of how our body position should be for the exercise (I know you already do it very well but as a beginner I would maybe need a bit more haha). For example, the two last exercice I was a bit confused , I didn't know if I should do the triceps with the lowest version of the exercice (which hurt a bit my arms that way) or if I should did it the other way.. And I know that one of my pilates teacher told me in the past that if the position is not correct you can badly hurt yourself. So that's all for my suggestion haha! Moreover, I really enjoyed this pilates classes in general and I will continue the classes until the end of the challenge and try to be more carefull for the next ones :))

I have a question to you. Do you usually practice in the morning before breakfast, or before dinner, or more in the evening by the end of the day? Also, do you think that only doing Pilates like 2-3 times per week is enough to be physically healthy? I don’t have much time during school and I am at a point in my life where I don’t feel like I want to do those intense cardio and HIIT workouts anymore… Thanks !

if you fuel yourself with foods that are good for your body BUT also with foods good for your mind. and you move in a way that feels good to you, than you are healthy. So if that's pilates thats great! Healthy doesn't have a specific look.

As long as you’re eating right, exercising your body regularly like more than twice a week will put you in a healthier state. If you mean is this enough to look a certain way, you might have to do a full body Pilates session more regularly if you want to replace cardio. I suggest you keep some sort of cardio though, whether it’s cycling or walking, because your body needs a good balance of slow exercises and high intensity (not necessarily HIIT, but gets your heart rate up more).

Wow, that was SUCH a good Pilates workout. I loved the deep stretches! So so important and yes you can still get an AMAZING workout while doing so!

I'm 22 and when i was younger i used to do pilates a lot and i quit for time issues but i've been looking for rutines that could make me fall in love again with this and i wasn’t finding anything until i found you! Lets gooo im so exited to do this challenge Edit: starting again 09/01 Day 1:✅️ 10/01 Day 2:✅️ 11/01 Day 3:✅️ it seems to get easier every time lol, the 30min were over b4 i knew it! 12/01 Day 4: 1/2✅️ Decided to do half because i am tired and sore. Not smart doing it at bedtime haha. But half is better then none💪 13-01 2/2✅️ 14-01 i had a really busy day we had to drive 2hrs to pick up a car and then i had work and didnt have time. 15-01 rest day😴 19-01Day 5:✅️✅️ Just doing this whenever i have time rn cuz life is kinda hectic 26-01✅️ Accidently did this one again instead of day 6 lol Day 6: Day 7: Day 8: Day 9: Day 10:

Loved this workout, I usually do push ups at the end of every workout because usually with Pilates workouts I have a lot of arm energy still to burn. I was pleasantly surprised to realized you saved the arms for last and worked us hard :)
