Very nice! 3 things: ❤️ the dog ❤️ the workout partner Shoulders were 🔥 I had to keep dropping the weight on the long arm hold lateral raises. Ugh 😩

I loved this workout! Arnold was my fave bit, obvs, but I also really appreciated knowing the weights you were both using. It was a great guide, but it also made me realise I'm stronger than I thought. Loved that feeling 💪🏼 thank you 🙌🏼

Can you buy these dumbells at Canadian Tire? I am from Canada thats why I am wondering. And can you do 10 reps of each workout with dumbells?

Definitely! I would check online to see if they have the weights in stock that you're looking for before going in 👍Sure you can do 10 reps, it really depends on the weight you use. The heavier the weight the more intense the exercise will be, you want to find that sweet spot where 10 reps challenges you enough so you can make progress. If the 10 reps doesn't challenge you, the weight is too light, if you can't complete the 10 reps its too heavy. Find your sweet spot then improve on it gradually! Over time the weights that seem heavy now will seem lighter as you progress 💪🔥
