This is great! I have a broken foot and so doing standing yoga poses are very difficult for me right now. I've been doing this routine in the morning and it really helps! Any more routines that don't put too much pressure on the feet would be welcome! Thank you so much!

Perfect from relieving pregnancy aches and pain. Thank you! Just a note for other pregnant mamas out there: Most doctors recommend you don’t spend long periods flat on your back after the 20-week mark, so you might want to prop yourself up on a cushion or two for shavasana. It’s also recommended to avoid deep belly twists during pregnancy, so make sure to only twist in your upper back. And of course, as was well-explained in the video, make sure to leave space for your belly when folding forward.

Hope you feel better! I’ve got sick 3 times since new year. Crazy 🤦‍♀️ cant recover and both babies too 😰 the little one had fever before going to sleep tonight.

This is good. Now I'm able to split my legs, my torso started sit on my tail bone and started bending to 80 degrees. Lol. Long way to go. But it's very helpful. Thank you.
