I wanted to try something right outside of my comfort zone as we dance our way through this workout! Although these aren't technically "dance" moves, I am so excited to workout with you to the beat of the music (for the most part!) It wasn't perfect but they will get better, this was my first try with on-beat fitness! Keep moving and keep your heart rate up-and HAVE FUN with this one! Sweat and smile and burn up to 600 calories with me as we stick to the beat to keep moving!!

*Please take note that calories burned vary for every individual depending on multiple factors (e.g. age, body weight, heart rate, height, effort intensity, etc). Any slight variation in any of these factors can dramatically alter the amount of calories you burn. I calculate all of my calories using an Apple Watch 3 with the High Intensity Interval Training Workout application and I am 27 years old, 5’8”, and weigh 145lbs so you can use my few factors as well as my intensity level to gauge yourself.
In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. My goal is to get you closer to your goals with each workout!

This was different and I loved it! It was hard but it so good for us. My sweat was sweating! Lol I would like to see a video on nutrition. What you eat in a day, before and after work outs. That would be very helpful!

Hi Sydney, recently came across your channel. Love your workouts! You're an amazing person to have these available on KZbin free of charge! :) Just wanted to give you some feedback on this particular workout. I've been doing group fitness classes for years at the gym so I'm used to high/low impact workouts, step and spin classes, etc. I know you were trying to keep on the beat, but the movements and transitions were too quickly paced especially the ab section. I'm fit and couldn't do the circuits that fast without losing proper form! Anyway, greatly appreciate the wide variety of workouts you provide. You are awesome!!!

By the end of your workouts I truly feel as though you are proud of ME - as though you are seeing me struggle to do those *#@$& burpees. As a 50something and after several injuries from running, I am working hard to get back into shape. Since I am so concerned about re-injury, I have only been doing your workouts 3x a week. It has been about 4 weeks and I am feeling stronger at each workout. I appreciate the variety of your workouts - but also the predictability so there is no learning curve at the beginning of a workout. Thank you Syndey!!! :)

Hey Charise! We're working on it, trust me. As far as your shoulder goes, you probably need to see a physician as I can't see what's going on with your should nor do I have actual medical experience :( I'm so sorry! I hope your shoulder gets better. I just had mine work on Saturday by my physical therapist and it ended up being tight muscles squeezing on my nerves and not letting the shoulder blade sit in place.

That was harder than I thought it would be! I hate jumping jacks so the 3rd circuit was rough. It was a great cardio workout though and I'm glad that I did it.

This one wasn’t too difficult, but that’s okay. I wasn’t feeling an intense workout after the leg day from this weeks plan. Idk about burning anywhere near 600 calories 😂 but it sure would be cool if I did.

Did you lose a y weight with t Her videos? I've done turbo jam turbo fire t 25 and more. Got sick and brought to my dad's. He threw them away. I haven't done any exercise videos for a while and I'm out of shape. Was depressed. I need to lose at least 30pds . Can I with these workouts?
