I wasn't feeling it today had a huge headache and didn't feel like working out. I was super tired but I said to myself "no, you're doing this today! I will not quit!." I love doing this with you Sydney you have helped me lose 10 lbs and to not give up on myself. So today I made a commitment and crushed this workout tired and all lol. I joined Sydney in March 2019. Before that, I never cared about self-care and self-love. I was focused on taking care of my 3 kids(and husband!😁). My life revolved around taking care of my family and work. Don't get me wrong, I loved it! But there were times that I felt so drained and didn't know where and how to recharge myself. When I found Sydney, I started to spend about 30-60 minutes once or 2x a week for myself. Fast forward, I now have time for myself everyday. No more negotiations with the kids for they know that my "Me" time makes Mummy healthy, happy and strong. They even pushed me to do it! Let us all commit to self-care and self-love. It's not being selfish. It's true, we need to fill our glass first before we could pour it out 😊❤

I had to drive two hours before this workout and now an hour after to pick my son up from camp. I didn’t want to come home and workout, but I did and I am so proud of myself. I was giving myself an excuse not to do it and I shut down that voice and showed up. I loved this workout! One of my favorites!!

Sydney thank you so much! Was looking for stretches or exercises to fix leg muscle cramps caused by trail running and mountain biking. You within a few days made me stronger!
