I listen to this every morning but when you say notic your breathing I get worse because I'm breathing so fast it's scary and I can't calm it down ,so what am I doing wrong if I can't calm my breathing down I can't calm my body down it's just not working ,I still listen to the video but I'm not in a calm state while doing it,any tips ?

Have you tried doing it with your eyes open? That can help sometimes. You can open your eyes when you get panicky and have a look around and notice what you can see. Let me know if that works 💙

This used to happen to me (and sometimes still does) and honestly it took me practice and self reassurance that I’m ok I’m in a safe place. And more practice. (Try when you aren’t anxious then it helps more,I think when I’m anxious 💛🦋💛

​​@@ChibsMeditationno unnecessary MUSIC OR DOODLING.The minute you start talking I felt better. So many teachers talk so fast and robotic nowadays that it just makes it worse 🤗

@ChibsMeditation I've been doing it with my eyes open and I do feel better,because my anxiety is there as soon as I wake up it's always dark out but I can still see certain things,I tend to think more with my eyes shut for some reason so I'm just going to keep them open when listening.
