It’s so good to he’s a voice only calming meditation, I’m noise sensitive and your slow gentle voice and your clear precise words so east to understand , wonderful. I’m so tired but sadly deep in my subconscious my mind won’t seem to allow me to go back to sleep,it’s an issue I’ve had since childhood trauma, but it’s just so good to hear your voice with no distractions in the background, bless you, it’s 3.30 am here in the uk, so hopefully sleep will come to me soon, bless you for this meditation ❤

This is one of my favourites, I wish you could join all your voice only ones together then I could listen to you for hours without prom poems or adverts, and the lovely reassurance of saying I’m safe, I’m so grateful I’ve Got you to listen to, thank you, ❤

I hear you. Try one of my “all through the night” meditations. You can get 6, 8, even 10 hour meditations that keep going through the night, that will solve the problem! I’ll be doing more of the longer ones too so watch this space.

Thanks a lot. It was wonderful. But I don’t know why my foot can’t have rest. I can’t take them relax and I have lots of Nervous opasma in my foots specially in left which force me to move a lot!
