Successfully avoidance this for nearly a year... Today was the day, and fears were realized..... This nearly broke me. I'm a trail runner who's obsessed with GCN training, and I typically can hang 100%... But that 3rd 10/10 effort got me... 20 secs left and bowed out.... Finished the 4th one though! Thanks Conner and GCN Rock stars!!!!

This was absolutely brutal. I’ve done some really tough workouts but this one is definitely one of the hardest. Im completely gassed.

Great session. Do extra warm up and warm down to get in a great 1 hours Lock down solid effort. 60 minutes next please GCN..

I'm 163.3 kg. I couldn't make it past 26 minutes, but I'm proud I made it that far. I've tried all sorts of low impact exercises Walking is too boring, running hurts and is too hard. I can't swim because my gym only has locker rooms and I'm a passing trans man (I'm uncomfortable to go into the men's locker rooms, but women freak out if I go into the women's locker rooms), and I was at a loss for what to do next. This was perfect. Thanks GCN!

Cheeky little "did not finish" from the back at the end :) Brutal session. Been doing every GCN vid for about 5 years now and needed a different structure. This was HARD.

@@booey28 Because some people have to find a problem with everything. Perhaps these women didn't want to take part in the commentary. Hank even engaged with one of the women and she didn't even reply from what I could hear.

this is my first time doing HIIT cycling./.....and i'l;l be honest. at first i was out of breath. im not really good at lifting. But i love the energy and the motivation the trainers give. Thank god for this workout. i broke out a lot of sweat and now i wonder if i should get a new stationery bike...hahahahha

I came from my angiology's doctor office today and her words are still ringing in my head - you must strengthen those legs, it is vital to your health. I remembered the spinning classes I used to like so much when I used to live in Ireland. The only thing I did not like were the judgmental fit people because I am a bigger girl. So I have decided to buy a bike for home, for spinning classes and see if there are classes online. That is how I found you and I am so glad I did. Thank you!

A volcano erupted in a neighboring County and the ash is floating its way over to my island so outdoor riding is something I can only dream of I've been following GCN for about 3-4 years now since I started cycling. Since the volcano eruption I came across your indoor routines so I've been doing the for the last few days now this one was absolutely brutal I'm fully cooked just like Hank!🤣🤣🤣

Since lockdown I've worked through the entire library and I think the videos have been excellent. I don't have access to a power meter and not interested in Zwift at all. I've got a cadence sensor linked to my Garmin and HR monitor. Guage my workouts on RPE and have to say I feel fit. Keep them coming in. 🎯👍

My gym has cut down on spin classes for financial reasons so I discovered this 40 minute class and have been loving it for the past year. I use it at least 3-4 times a week in addition to my scheduled classes. Thanks guys for putting it together.

That 3 minute at 9 and then 1 at 10 is one of the hardest sections I've done on a turbo. Very tough session. I do wonder why no one in the video seems to be totally spent after a 10 intensity interval? I can understand that the presenter needs to talk but I was gasping. Surely a 10 effort is a 10 effort regardless of the watts one can produce? Great video. I also like the advanced warning of the next interval. Very useful.

Great work guys...i'v been trainning with you almot a month and a half, 4 to 6 times a week on a btwin hydrualic home trainner.....the workouts i do: 50 Minute Threshold Pyramid | Increase Your Power! 40 Minute HIIT Indoor Cycling Workout, 40 Minute Aerobic Efforts With Max Sprints 40 Minute Sprint Intervals: Sufferfest's 'Equalizer' | Indoor Cycling Workout, 30 Minute Sprint and Threshold HIIT Indoor Cycling Cardio Workout | Get Fit Fast 30 Minute HIIT Ramp Session Indoor Cycling Workout Without Music 🔇 30 Minute Short Sharp Efforts 30 Minute High Cadence HIIT Indoor Cycling Cardio Workout | Lose Weight Fast (all of them, thumbs up) and others videos about home made energy bars at present times I ride on a mtb bike on a home trainner, but soon I'll try to get a route bike, to try that position in home trainning... is there any chance you might give me a piece of advice?, I'm having difficulties to determine the proper frame size, I am 1,74 mts height, and I understand than a 54 or M frame size would be the proper choice. is there any chabce you might give some advice about it?. Hope you all are doing fine in these pandemic time...

Second session in as many weeks, it is brutal, but noticed a slight improvement in recovery in session. Heartrate maxing at 178bpm, not bad for a 62 YO. Well done GCN - keep up the good work!👏👏👏
