Great workout. Been doing GCN of all types for 45 days straight give or take a day (and on and off for years). Not lost any weight (that I can see) but legs are the size of tree trunks now. Very fun! From Birmingham but now living in Florida!

I use your training programs to keep my tennis cardio on point. Coming off an injury and this 40 min w/o was just what i needed, love the intense intervals, this mimics a tennis game!

Great workout, 40min is anperfect time for evening ride. Finished this hard session, but to be honest it was to hard for me, so I decide to go on 80rpm, and only in 9 level goes to 90rpm. Max heart rate goes to 189!

It's a brutal one 🥵 But I think it's a great workout!! I would describe it: "bite-sized efforts". The time of/between maximal efforts and rest is so easy to prepare for mentally, which makes it much easier to really go FULL GAS when you are suppose to. 🚀
