Let's really CRUSH this leg workout! We are working in super sets this week but be ready to work in progressive overload style increasing your weight or your intensity for 30 seconds x 3 rounds! We are using dumbbells today and I used my 15, 20, 30, 40, 50 pound dumbbells so grab the weights that work for you and grab your sweat towel! Woah my legs, where did they go? Amazing workout. This one is definitely saved. Love your talks at the end. A spirit of fear(or call it whatever you want) has been a hurdle for me since I was realllly little and my verse has always been " a peace that surpasses all understanding". Away with the fear and on with the progress.

I did this awesome leg workout before my dentist appointment today on my deck in the back yard! 80 degrees here in Jacksonville, Florida today! What a great workout and an awesome sweat! Felt great to finish! Sydney workout before starting the day! Was only 5 minutes late for appointment! Great day!

I recently started grad school and I have been feeling overwhelmed between balancing school/work/life. You know whats amazing,being able to workout and do what you can everyday and Sydney really makes me feel like i can get to my goals and i feel amazing after her workouts! I will admit that I was a tad “traumatized” after last week’s leg workouts but I CRUSHED IT anyway! This was definitely a burner and so worth the struggle! You really meant it when you said that you wanted to work on your legs this year! Thank you for pushing us and for your empowering speech at the end. I feel so inspired. We all need an eye-opener sometimes that reminds us that the only thing holding us back is our own selves. You’re always the best start to my week ❤️

Wow! So good! Loved your end talk. Yes we need rest but we don’t need quite as much as we think. I cancelled Netflix because I just didn’t have the control. Amazing how much more I want to accomplish by doing that.

I needed to find a 40 min leg focused workout so went through the back catalogue and chose this one. I usually hate leg day, but this one really worked for me. I feel like I worked harder than normal, but in a great way. Thanks for changing my perspective on leg day.

If by spicy you mean ghost pepper hot, then Sydney you are absolutely right! I’m proud of myself for crushing it but it was a bit hard on my left knee especially. I’m not going to give up tho! Just gonna have to pull out my knee brace and keep pushing forward. Thanks for this tough workout!!

Loved it, and crushed it!! 💪. I really felt the work in the quads in this workout, which was great! I feel like a lot of the strength workouts I have done for lower body tend to focus on hamstrings and glutes. Those are good focus areas too, but I think the quads kind of get neglected in strength workouts, which can lead to muscle imbalances, which can lead to big problems down the road. Bookmarking this for next week, and I'm going to go heavier next time!

Did this workout yesterday while sick with bronchitis...such a bad idea 😩 I'm on week two of being sick, but last week wasn't that bad. This week my lungs hate me and I def paid for that workout later in the day. I literally did not want to stay my year of this way, but until I'm better I have to rest my body so it can fight this off 😔 I'm keeping my food in check at least so its not a total bust, but I'm definitely ready to workout and get to where I want to be.
