Let's work today everyone! It's DAY 13 of our PROCESS program and this workout is going to push you by working your lower body and giving you an incredible sweat!

It's HIIT week so we will be working in circuits today going through 30 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest for each exercise. We will complete 3 rounds of each circuit and have 60 seconds of rest between each circuit so I can explain the next superset to you. Grab your bench for split squats and your dumbbells, water, and a sweat towel!
The exercises:
1. Squat to Lunge
2. Reverse Lunge Knee Drive
3. Lateral Agility
4. Back Squats
5. Single Leg RDL to lateral lunge right
6. Single leg RDL to lateral Lunge left
7. Split Squat Right
8. Split Squat Left
9. Heel click squats
10. Tap back lunge to knee drivers
11. High knees
12. Back squat pulse
13. Knee drivers
14. Sumo Squat to Squat Jumps

I started my first day of nursing school yesterday. I was feeling overwhelmed with everything that I will need to get done in one semester....BUT love what Sydney said about saying to ourselves what we said during this workout to get to the end. For me it was, "I am getting stronger. I can do this." One rep at a time, one assignment at a time, and one day at a time. Such a beautiful start to my day. Thank you!!!! ❤️

I noticed in circuit 2, round 3, we did RDL into split squat three times!! Right, left, and right again. Not complaining bc I was more than willing to do it again!! :)

I almost had to cry my way through this one but I got through it. This is definitely one to be proud of. I’m noticing my body is changing for the better but making sure I have enough fuel ⛽️ to get through these workouts is my next focus. I’m going to keep showing up everyday no matter what though. I was right there with you on this one 😅 I almost quit 30 mins in but I'm glad I stuck it out until the end. We got this! Nice work finishing the workout! It was very challenging!

My father-in-law was diagnosed with a brain tumor last night and things have been very stressful, worrisome, and anxiety ridden. I took the day off from work but told myself that I would take the 40 minutes to do this workout, to stick with this routine, as I know how important it is for my body and my mind. Thank you for this 40min distraction and gift of health.

Listening to Sydney's advice on split squats today reminds me of a meme I saw recently that advised to always look down when doing them, so your tears fall directly on the floor, instead of dripping on your clothes. 🤣 But, I want the quad focus, so I deal with the tears.😄

Great work out. Amazingly my 10 week granddaughter slept beside me as I worked out- through all my huffing and puffing. I was sure she would wake with the heel clicks or the high knees.! Thanks Sydney .Will head off for a good swim to stretch out later. In the meantime drinking plenty of fluids to counter all the sweat. Have a good day

Sydney's Daily Wisdom (31:36): "Your current hard will not always be the hardest thing. Right now it is, and it won't be if you fight through it for a while." I have definitely been stuck in not taking action in certain areas of my life because I perceive that they are too hard. This is a great reminder that my current hard won't always be, but I have to fight through the resistance to get to that place.

Omg I sounded like a child who didn't want to go to bed lol I did not want to get up to do leg day my least favorite lol. I'll eventually learn to love it soon!! I wish I would have thought of videoing myself through this process of a healthier me. I did something different tonight during split squats, I always struggle, but tonight I did it with ease! Not just that, usually by the finisher I’m ready to tap out, but always push through…tonight I found it easy and wasn’t collapsing! STRONGER!!!! Crushed it tonight!

This is my second workout for the day, and every minute was painful! But thank God I pushed through! Yaaaay! It was really tough very much so on my mind but I just knew I couldn't stop! Very happy 😊

I worked out for about 30 minutes and was like I hope this is over 😅 I saw that I had 11 minutes left of the workout and continued...I almost quit but did not! This workout was a true challenge for the mind and the legs! Amazing! Thank you as always Sydney! Hope that Dustin is on the mend:)

This was the best at-home workout video I think I've ever done, thank you so much. I was scared to do a longer leg day workout (I usually do 20-30min), but your motivation and kind affirmations really got me through. and, it was structured so well! Loved the exercises and pacing. Definitely challenging, definitely took a couple pauses for a breather, but so excited to try again & see my progress over time!
