We are strong and we will each reach our goals, I know we will reach them and I want us to smile every day because every day will be a day full of success. I love when the universe conspires in your favor. I hurt my foot yesterday and I wasn’t sure how I was going to work out today. But I showed up still, thinking I would just modify everything, and instead, it’s an all-mat workout. Thank you universe. Thank you, Sydney.

One thing I've learned over the years of doing Sydney's workouts is do not mistake a short workout on the mat for an easy workout! This one is a burner for sure! 🎉 great job everyone!!!

Hi from Tampa area, survived Hurricane Milton, no power but still able to stream workouts! Didn’t even have to use the ones I downloaded just in case we had no service at all! Florida is the definition of resilience 💪🌀

excellent workout - doing these moves on the mat is definitely a change in the movements and how much different strength and muscles you use is a welcome change! - have a great weekend everyone - here in Canada it's our thanksgiving weekend so its a long weekend - cherish and be thankful for each day we get to wake up and do these workouts free - thankful for being surrounded by amazing family and wonderful friends. I went out for dinner last night with 3 amazing ladies that we have been friends since grade 1!! We get together every year a couple times to be with and enjoy each other's company. Last night we celebrated our birthdays because 3 of us turn 65 - one in August mine is coming up Nov 2nd and the other in December - how awesome it is that we are still able to get together each year - very thankful, grateful and blessed!

I must admit, I was very tired today after a long day with my wife and grandkids and didn’t feel like doing anything workout 🏋️‍♀️ but I pressed my way through it it doing this upper body workout 🏋️‍♀️. Didn’t get started until 8:30 pm tonight but I’m glad I pushed myself to doing it. Congratulations to everyone who completed it also. Let’s keep up the good work. I struggle without circuit push up and row with one arm plank hold but I did the best I could at the age of 64. 💕 you guys.

I have been LOVING this month!! This is my first week of a new job so proud of myself for overcoming the new challenges! Also we decided to cook in instead of eat out (small wins)! Also trying to set a goal of not getting on social media until goals have been met that day.. I haven’t been perfect at it but it’s helping me stay accountable of prioritizing my time!🎉

This week I think my body has finally clicked back into before baby mode! I have felt my abs finally make the connection to my brain! And I have increased my walking from 30 to 45 min! Nutrition has been consistent, eating the same meals and focusing on the protien rather than calorie has been a big game changer! Still in a deficit but prioritizing protien!💪 Thank you, Sydney, for all you do and catering to all types of lifestyles and different methods of working out! ❤

Geez!! A 30 minute spicy workout and that too on a mat!!!!!! Loved it. Each day Shbdney you are surprising us with these new creative workouts. One thing i have been working on overcoming is picking up heavy weights and stucking to them no matter how my arms shake or burn. ❤ Great job everyone.

Thank you Sydney and everyone in this community for reminding us of our own resilience! I have overcome this week my fear of advocating for myself to express what I most want out of my career to my bosses. I didn’t say it as eloquently as I had planned, but I’m proud of myself for doing it and asking for more challenges at work to help me grow professionally. I’m willing to work for it, and I’m just grateful for your encouragement to not beat ourselves up for not being perfect all the time. “We’re not perfect. We’re PERSISTENT!” (Sydney quote from long ago!)

1. I am always an awe of how the heck you talk us through the work period when I cant even breathe LOL. YOUR INCREDIBLE. 2. I am always inspired by you. I did a setof 15lbs for my over head extension. Which Ive never done before with that weight! I overcame being consistent with my workouts so much. Yesterday i checked for a new post video at about 9am and didnt see it. So i went about my business and did lawn work. Then i got the notifications for glutes workout that you shared when my day was busy! But i managed to workout at 7pm! Just before bedtime routine for the kiddos. Thank you Sydney!

Great workout! I was able to go up in my shoulder press weight and I was able to do a partial plank on my hands and feet! This week I had an interview, I haven't interviewed for a job in years! so this was really big, I did it though and even though I stressed and am anxious about how it turned out, I pushed through and am proud I didn't give up! Thank you Sydney for another wonderful workout and pushing up mentally to think about life outside of workouts! You are truly INSPIRATIONAL!

I no longer need to push my body to its breaking point. I used to believe it wasn't a good workout if I wasn't dripping in sweat and wasn't red lining it. Thank you Sydney for teaching me balance and to listen to my body!!

Thank you Sydney! This workout came at a perfect time for me. I had a meniscus repair six days ago and am on crutches and non weight bearing on my left leg. I want to keep my arms active while my leg heals. I was able to sit on my bench and do this workout with small modifications. I have loved your workouts over the last couple of years! ❤

I have prepared my meals at home all week! I have never found the kitchen/cooking easy so for me that is a HUGE accomplishment. I am very proud of myself and proud of my children for eating the meals right along with me! 😁

Loved the dedicated core and arms workout today, my two weakest areas! This was a great way to start the morning and my weekend. I have had to overcome the death of a family friend this week, which is very hard. I'm not fully over it, but I am on the way to recovering from the shock of his death. Thanks for all of your positive encouragement each workout Sydney! We CRUSHED this everyone.
