excellent workout - doing these moves on the mat is definitely a change in the movements and how much different strength and muscles you use is a welcome change! - have a great weekend everyone - here in Canada it's our thanksgiving weekend so its a long weekend - cherish and be thankful for each day we get to wake up and do these workouts free - thankful for being surrounded by amazing family and wonderful friends. I went out for dinner last night with 3 amazing ladies that we have been friends since grade 1!! We get together every year a couple times to be with and enjoy each other's company. Last night we celebrated our birthdays because 3 of us turn 65 - one in August mine is coming up Nov 2nd and the other in December - how awesome it is that we are still able to get together each year - very thankful, grateful and blessed!

I must admit, I was very tired today after a long day with my wife and grandkids and didn’t feel like doing anything workout 🏋️♀️ but I pressed my way through it it doing this upper body workout 🏋️♀️. Didn’t get started until 8:30 pm tonight but I’m glad I pushed myself to doing it. Congratulations to everyone who completed it also. Let’s keep up the good work. I struggle without circuit push up and row with one arm plank hold but I did the best I could at the age of 64. 💕 you guys.

I have been LOVING this month!! This is my first week of a new job so proud of myself for overcoming the new challenges! Also we decided to cook in instead of eat out (small wins)! This week I think my body has finally clicked back into before baby mode! I have felt my abs finally make the connection to my brain! And I have increased my walking from 30 to 45 min! Nutrition has been consistent, eating the same meals and focusing on the protien rather than calorie has been a big game changer! Still in a deficit but prioritizing protien!💪 Thank you, Sydney, for all you do and catering to all types of lifestyles and different methods of working out! ❤

1. I am always an awe of how the heck you talk us through the work period when I cant even breathe LOL. YOUR INCREDIBLE. 2. I am always inspired by you. I did a setof 15lbs for my over head extension. Which Ive never done before with that weight! I overcame being consistent with my workouts so much. Yesterday i checked for a new post video at about 9am and didnt see it. So i went about my business and did lawn work. Then i got the notifications for glutes workout that you shared when my day was busy! But i managed to workout at 7pm! Just before bedtime routine for the kiddos. Thank you Sydney!

Great workout! I was able to go up in my shoulder press weight and I was able to do a partial plank on my hands and feet! This week I had an interview, I haven't interviewed for a job in years! so this was really big, I did it though and even though I stressed and am anxious about how it turned out, I pushed through and am proud I didn't give up!
