Crushed it 🎉 Do you know anyone on youtube that cooks gluten free? I was diagnosed with hashimotos hypothyroidism a couple months ago and recently just tried gluten in my food again and made me so sick.

I injured my lower back earlier this year and had to drop down to using MUCH lighter weights than I used before. It didn't feel like I was working my glutes, but it was necessary to not strain my back any further. It was hard to not feel disappointed with myself. I kept doing Sydney's workouts, and slowly, my back healed and I can lift heavier again. Thank you, Sydney, for continuing to give us these workouts and encouraging us to show up and do the best we can in the moment, regardless of whatever setbacks we might have!

Good job doing the workout with light weights. Sometimes we have to use light weights due to injury and that is okay. You have to recover fully. Keep working on that. Kudos to you for recognizing that.

I lost my Mom at the age of 67 to Alzheimer's last week. Your workouts have gotten me through all of lows that came with this diagnosis. I start off my day with your videos and they have given me the strength to power through the hard days. Thank you, Sydney!

Condolences to you 💜Same here re.doing the workouts in am before facing the day with my mother with dementia, especially during a recent 5 wk hospitalization. The workouts gave me strength and a more positive mindset to face the challenges of that day

If you had told me 6 months ago that I would be able to complete a workout like this I would have laughed in your face. But here I am now, 40 pounds down and feeling better and stronger than ever thanks to mornings spent working out with you. I cannot believe we are almost done STF! I am just so thankful for the strength and endurance I’ve gained from Sydney’s workouts. I started following her programs instead of random past workouts she did when I was 5 months postpartum with my third son. Now I am SO proud to say I have not missed one day since last October!! I had to take over two weeks off of working out after having a skin cancer spot removed. Thrilled to be free of that and cleared to workout again. Feeling heavy but ready to work!

holy fire spicy workout - so sweaty this morning - pushed my weights as much as I could - have an old rotator cuff injury that lets me know its still there - ooomph!! great job everyone who never misses a Monday! I love love love when I unintentionally match with Sydney . From the black bra to the purple leggings . So fun! This style of workout makes the time go so fast. I’m totally dripping in sweat and pushed to 20s on my skull crushers which I never thought would ever been close to reality. I finished strong. Made some alterations because at less than a month before my 46th birthday I played kids vs parents on the soccer field. It was AWESOME but taking it slow this morning as recovery. YAY!!!

Hi! Is this lesson also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used 2 lb dumbbells throughout but could not last more than 14 minutes when my upper body completely gave up and I stopped. My MIL did the full lesson using dumbbells from 15 lbs to 30 lbs!! Her biceps are very thick and strong like Coach Sydney's! I feel really low and defeated :(

Wooweee! This workout here was all that! Loved every minute of it to the point that the last cardio move I did was burpees Sydney squad! This STF program has really strengthened me beyond what I imagined. I’m stronger and fitter but most important I’ve tapped into knowing fitness is a way of life that benefits me for a healthy living life of longevity. I used 2 lb dumbbells throughout but could not last more than 14 minutes when my upper body completely gave up and I stopped. My MIL did the full lesson using dumbbells from 15 lbs to 30 lbs!! Her biceps are very thick and strong like Coach Sydney's! I feel really low and defeated :(

Hi! Is this lesson also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used 2 lb dumbbells throughout but could not last more than 14 minutes when my upper body completely gave up and I stopped. My MIL did the full lesson using dumbbells from 15 lbs to 30 lbs!! Her biceps are very thick and strong like Coach Sydney's! I feel really low and defeated :(

I showed up and showed out. I am definitely stronger than I was at the beginning of this program. I challenged myself with more weight and power today. I did not know I had it in me. Proud of me and proud of you.🎉❤🎉

This may be my favorite from STF 2024! I do not know if it was my readiness to crush this one, Sydney's continuous motivation, or just the format itself but I went all out today and it feels fabulous!!!!!
