7 +months post foot surgery I still need to modify some movements. At 77 I am grateful that I can still do many of the movements.

Just finished this class later in the morning here in Canada. Listening to your lovely chat now. At a very senior age I don’t do this advanced class too often but I was able to attempt at least 90% today. Yay for me. 🤗👏

Hello Rachael I've just finished my workout and it was Wonderful. I was surprised to know when you say we've finished. I was into it I really enjoyed it especially the stretches and the twist. Finally got to do this today. Was challenging but managed most with a few modifications. Could grab the leg from behind on my tummy, but couldn’t lift up. And jackknife pose roll ups, I had to hold my legs. Still in all, I done ok 🤗
