NSV today, I had the yearly health check for work today, they drew blood and will have those results in a few days but they took my blood pressure, it was up a year ago, "something to watch", this year 120/68 and I'm 56 yo. My cholesterol was elevated last year, I can't wait to get my results. Thank you Sydney and Dustin you make a great team and I'm so blessed to have found you during Covid, that's a positive for year 2020!!!!! and I am saving $160 a month from no more fitness club fees. Hallelujah. Thank you thank you thank you!

Heyy Sidney girl! lol I havent worked out for an entire week due to daily life demands and helping my nephew with distant learning. Which I now have a new level of respect for families who are teleworking and helping children with distant learning! Any who, because it’s been a week, it’s hard for me to pick one because my body needed every move! I am strong 💪! I loved the chest press variations. This workout tested my mental toughness to not give up with your muscles sore in getting stronger. I didn’t give up even though I didn’t sleep well last night and had to take a nap. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow for Day 8.

I was so excited to notice I was stronger this week, and was able to do one of the fly variations with heavier weights that I really struggled with before. I loved the chest press with pinkie turn-in, man my triceps were on FIRE!
