Fail. Pause. Learn. Keep going. Failing on purpose today was an interesting experiment. I felt the discomfort, continued to push, and when I “failed” and dropped down to the lower weight, guess what? The world didn’t end. I just kept going. If I took this experience into the other areas of my life, what could I accomplish? Live your life knowing that you will fail but if you choose to keep going, nothing can stop you.

Sydney, when you said to not worry about failures (in the overhead triceps) I was like HECK yes and reached for my 20lb. I... DID IT. Which then inspired me to start at the 20lbs for the drop set section and I managed to curl them SEVEN times, dropped to 15lbs and then down to 12lbs. I am SO excited and so proud of myself. All thanks to you! Much love, stay safe and healthy everyone.

18 months ago, before joining Sydney, I was using fitness apps and youtube videos to workout. When I found Sydney, I never left. Why? Because I couldn't get from other online trainers the motivational or pep talks, whilst working out, that I'm getting from Sydney. Plus more pep talk at the end of the workout! I'm sure it's not only me who can relate but whenever I feel like giving up on the workout, hearing Sydney says, "I'm so proud of you! You can do it! Come on I'm with you." never fails to help me push through. Thanks for just being you Sydney! ❤❤❤

Sydney... your channel was recommended to me at the beginning of the pandemic- after my gym was closed. In the past, I never enjoyed doing workout 'classes' from home so I was very skeptical. I wish I would have found you sooner! You offer SO MUCH variety; I honestly feel that I'm getting more benefit from you than the gym!! I'm a healthcare worker that works 12+ hour shifts so on my days off, I do 3 or 4 of your classes to stay caught up. I always leave feeling sweaty, worked, and SUPER SATISFIED! Also, your words of kindness and encouragement are so refreshing in today's society... Keep up the good work- You are truly an AMAZING light!!
