I am not fond of Yoga but I respect the strength it has been building in me. It's always a good reminder that there are many days to build strength. Some ways are as intense with little movements

How you do one thing is how you do everything. We are all capable even though it may not be easy or comfortable. Respect yourself to stretch yourself beyond what is comfortable and easy. Thank you, Sydney!

that was so hard struggling to balance with the flow and it, made me feel like every year of my 46 years! but reminded me of why I am doing this - every day since June, because I don't want to be an unbalanced, un agile old lady in my 70's. This is my time to get my body strong!! bring it on!!

As a yogi, I thought you did a great job with this workout. I loved it. I also love how you switch things up in your channel so we are constantly doing something different with our bodies and challenging them in many ways. Thank you for your hard work. ❤️

I’ve never done a weighted yoga workout, but I really enjoyed this. Thank you, Sydney, for showing up every day and showing me that exercise is not only about weight loss. I appreciate how you focus on teaching techniques, give multi-level moves and always encouraging to challenge oneself instead of body image. It’s usually around this point in my journey that I begin to give up because the scale isn’t reflecting the effort I feel I’m putting in. But I’m learning that even though I have to do the modifications sometimes I’m getting stronger, which is progress. It has been so. Much. Better. For my mental health. I LOVE it when I feel strong enough to go grab a heavier dumbbell. I LOVE it when I can do one more push-up than I could the last time. 💙💪💙

Okay this is so clever! I’m a yoga teacher and I love the idea of taking the positions of a yoga and turning them into reps! Very fun!

My yoga instructor does this sometimes & adds weights the 1st Sat. of the month (before covid). Really adds a challenge to body & brain.

Wendy Sawyer very fun! My students get so mad at me when I add even a COUPLE reps. If I added weights, they would revolt! Hahaha :)

Absolutely amazing!!! Definitely a huge challenge, at times, during this workout I almost fell trying to find balance, but I kept going and did not give up. LOVE LOVE LOVVVEEEE THESE TYPES OF WORKOUTS!!❤️❤️ I remember we did these at least every week in one of the challenges before summer. As someone who LOVES to lift heavy weight it’s also awesome to just slow it down and focus on breathing and moving through the moves precisely with light weight. Thank you Sydney for always challenging us and always coming to every workout with such a beautiful outlook and encouraging words.

Today’s lesson never judge a book by its cover. I love yoga & was expecting a nice relaxing workout by the title of the video. Um, not today. My muscles are feeling every minute of that & I gotta say, I LOVED IT!!!!!!

Yoga is always such a great challenge from our norm! I worked hard, fought for balance most of the time and learned from my "failures" that I have areas of weakness that need strengthening!!! Great job today squad--I know you worked hard and your body and mind is thanking you for it right now so be proud of yourself!!!

Good morning! I loved today’s workout. I did last Sunday’s stretch before today’s workout which helped in my flexibility during the workout. I love yoga and Pilates workouts. I feel healthy, happy, and strong. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow for our weekly stretch.

Yes,!! Loved this! I haven’t done power yoga since I stopped going to the gym in March. This is so what I needed. Please do more of these yoga strength workouts. My body and mind thank you 🙏🏽!

I revisited this workout today as the Shred program ended yesterday. I was much improved in my balance shine I last did this workout. I love this flow how it allows your pace to really focus on breath and quality of movement. My obliques are already on fire! This is one of my favorite workouts. Have a great Saturday! Can’t wait for Summertime Fine 3.0 to begin.

This was a challenge for sure...I used to do yoga once a week for the mental health practice, breathing and being mindful. This was a perfect mix of strength and grace, love that! Great way to start the weekend, be well everyone!!!

Sydney hasn't done a Yoga workout in a while, so I was really looking forward to a slower pace today. But Wow, don't let the slowness fool you, this is a full body WORKOUT! Everything is shaking! Loved it!

YOGA Strong DONE!!! I put all my faith into the process. I know that Sydney has worked hard to put these workouts together for us in a healthy format. Even if the workout is not my favorite, I do it anyway! Knowing that my body needs challenges and new moves to get stronger and healthier. Had some struggles here and there, but it is done! This was great for a mental challenge. Holding poses and grit. Changing perspectives of what hard work is. I loved the cool down moves.

Yoga saved me. I can 100% say that without it I would not be here. It's been a very spiritual journey for me. That being said I cannot treat it like exercise. But Sydney has so many other workouts to choose from so i still got my training in.💪💙

I’m not used to yoga either but you know just what we need Sydney you always give the right amount of variety! Change is always great. I liked your advice toward the end. Well I put my all into my workout but my nutrition hasn’t caught up yet 😢 I still feel motivated to workout. Even if my nutrition isn’t great I think working out still is great for us! Anyone else overeat and still continue to workout?

I was a little hesitant to do this as I haven't done yoga in a while, but here I am now having finished it and I loved it! That move near the end with the twists to both sides was a challenge for my balance but my favorite of the workout. Thanks for mixing it up, Sydney!!

I love it when you mix a yoga strong workout in! They are always challenging but a nice low impact variation! Those twists in warrior pose were definitely tough on my balance! 😂

Amazing how Sydney can be barefoot like a calm yoga class, reference light weights, and then I’m sweating, falling, and my heart rate is just as high as some cardio! Love these new challenges! LOVE the yoga moves throughout! 🙌🏼crushed it!

Started the october challenge yesterday after taking a week long break since our gyms closed down because of covid. It was an awesome awesome workout, similar to what I'm used to and felt great. Today's workout was SUPER challenging but in a good way for sure! I do beginners yoga once a week but have never tried or heard of yoga strength and it was fun trying something new. There were some moves towards the end that I found too challenging but I tried them still and instead of giving up I just did another similar workout move (36:55 I did dumbbell sit ups, 37:50 I skipped the side plank and the second set I just planked). I worked hard, finished it and crushed it and am super proud of myself! Already feeling stronger and looking forward to tomorrow's video!!
