We had met Dominic uncle for the first time that day and never ever thought this would be our last meeting 😢 Undoubtedly he was a true gentleman very humble and kind person ❤️moreover he was so happy to welcome us when we visited his factory. One thing I must say he also treated his staff just like a family member as can be seen in the video. I must say the sausages that we bought from there were so delectable. Its taste would just settle on your palate and for sure give you a reason to go back to Goa. I wish my local market had this. Maybe I could request it. Tried to get patoli, but they couldn't find a source. We have choris in the styles made in many countries here. Some are spicy, and some are very mild. Portuguese make some back east, but it's not very spicy.
