Wow, you must have blown the algorithmic gods today duchess cos you're back in the recommendeds twice now! Love this dish so much, maybe cos it's 1 of those that is nearly impossible to get the quality close to in a home kitchen. And I've never seen a pork leg for sale round here lol. Glad you guys decided to give Thailand another go and same with the channel. Would have been a travesty to have missed all these places pinned on my map for the future. I work in travel and am screwed nowadays so can't support you financially, but still massively appreciate all that you do for us all. In the words of Uncle Albert "I know you've been through hell to get there"...ya know...stuffing your gob all day lol

I agree on the egg I can eat but not bothered if no egg as for the skin can’t choose not to have where I am I eat a little but here served with kale & rice & some venders make a bit to sweet. But over all a good dish.

Skin and tendon are the best part of pork leg But not fat part! 😂 yes. But eggs not looking good! The yolk needs to be little raw! Well, it takes few more steps to cook!! And might cost more 😂
