I think they didn't start the business to loot public money. They dreamt a Super Hero mindset. They failed in understanding the common men mindset and the service they wanted to provide. Mismatching. The super market chain was ok. "Nike shoe" was their business model. Subhiksa seems serving like Kamadhenu / Cooperative Stores in Price but good at customer service. Price was reasonable/cheaper. When they entered into Pharmacy and Mobile Handset business, their business started falling. They failed there. Free doorstep delivery across the city was not managed properly. Technology was not developed properly those time. In a nutshell: Right Business at a wrong primitive stage. Good Lesson for many young enthusiastic entrepreneurs.
