All the reason to buy a cheap mig welder and learn how to weld better . Nothing in that kind of build would a weld matter much, if it breaks weld it again , used parts are easy to find dirt cheap or free .

P Kuudsk I have a very nice (to me, anyway) mig/tig welder, and I can make good, strong welds. They're just usually not pretty enough for me to want them on something like that, which is as much art as it is tool.
