Brendan with kids makes me nervous. I feel so protective (of the kids). I mean his ineptness is funny, as long as no one gets hurt. To clarify, I don't mean Brendan would hurt them. Never! Although he might unintentionally scare them. I mean, for example, he needs to walk with Leah, not ahead of her, so she doesn't get hit by a car, fall into a pothole, trip over something, get bit by a dog, etc.

The expression on his face when he crouches down to talk to her KILLS ME. I was laughing for the rest of the clip because of it! Brendan Brady, taken down by a 5 year old girl. Love it. Love. It. And I've seen a few comments saying he shouldn't be walking in front, but next to or behind her instead. I would always end up lagging behind like that when I was little too. Little legs and all that. haha It's DADDY Brendan, thank you very much. Leah called him that. I think the writers forgot.

Yes, I find Walker's narrowly focused, revengeful obsession with Brendan understandable. By that I mean I can see that from Walker's point of view, he's so stuck in the rage phase of grief that he needs to get back at someone or something to avenge his brother's death and suffering. He feels impotent and angry. We can see how twisted, irrational, and self-destructive he is, but he doesn't, or if has glimpses of it, he, willfully or not, pushes it away.

I'm rooting for Brendan, but let's be consistent. Walker doesn't care who he hurts, and when Brendan was dealing drugs, he didn't care who got hurt either.

I like how Brendan is trying to be a better man, but we're talking about his past. When he was dealing drugs, he knew some of his customers would destroy themselves, and did he care? No. Is it crazy for Walker to be so obsessed with Brendan? Yes, but it's understandable.

I hate how Walker keeps saying it's Brendan's fault his brother overdosed, or whatever. Brendan didn't hold a gun to his brother's head, he took those drugs voluntarily and Walker is just looking for someone to blame cause he feels guilty for not knowing what his brother was up to and stopping him. If Brendan is going to die, i really hope he kills Walker too; cause look at what he's become for his warped version of Justice.

I don't think Walker have the intention of killing Brendan. He wants him to suffer and suffer doesn't necessarily mean killing a person. I have a feeling in the end it will be Walker who saves Brendan (and Ste) from Brendan's other enemies.

Me too, Ideally I would hope he just leaves or fakes his death to keep the people he loves safe from his enemies, cause well all know just walker isn't it, and i would love if he took Ste with him cause other than the shop their is nothing there for him, since his kids live with Amy. Sadly i don't think that's going to happen.. I just hate the thought of Ste without Brendan in Hollyoaks, especially since they're so happy now.

Yeah, Walker is off the rails in a way that I think makes him not a candidate for Hollyoak's next bad guy. Moreover, as you suggest, it seems Walker may be on a suicide mission, whether he realizes it or not.

Leah is a sweet little girl but she is also sharp and a little mastermind (she made Brendan Brady of all ppl sing Katy Perry, help her Skip school and put their secret at risk by letting her call Amy. Why don't you choose how to relate to the soap & let others do the same? I'll watch the show as if the events are actually happening, if I like, & you can watch it as a cartoon, if you choose. Don't have a clear clue as to what the writers have planed for the ending of BB, but I hope it doesn't cause the 'love' between Ste & Brendan to be lost. BB is the true love of Ste and it should end with that being part of it.
