Hi Guys I know you folks always put safety first, wanting to hit your projected top speeds and being canceled twice! Just thinking out loud here do you think maybe there’s a message being sent to slow down and have fun other ways. I really enjoy watching the three of you guys work and challenge each other with all your skill at speed these bikes are designed to handle. Hate like hell to see one of you guys get hurt bad trying to prove something that really means? “ WHAT “ I’m a speed nut and live for anything with an engine on it!!! Check those bikes your using for higher speeds many times. And test on the same type of surface you will be going balls to the wall on not dirt and grass. Compression rate on each front fork should be measured as well, make sure the triple tree is square when being tightened to the forks it’s important guys. Damping the steering is good but a speed wobble sucks on a small bike. I too race and build for fun And have gone down. Just check everything on your machines at least twice. Just stay as safe as you can gentlemen Cheers Doug from Canada.

Some of these builds you do are so cool, you should invest in a powder coat booth. I've been working on a similar project for over a decade, but with a small, built v-twin. Deaths in the family, and responsibilities that came with it have really put all my stuff on hold. It's been a rough decade. I've been living vicariously through you guys for the past few years. 👍

Love the content and I'm happy I found the channel, y'all have reignited an old hobby at my house, just finished up a spider box like y'all used to have, and dropped a 459 predator pushing a 40 series TC last night first ride will happen today hopefully but it'll have to wait until I finish this episode. A minibike is my next project and I want to use a modded 420cc probably won't be quite the same level but it'll be quick. Regardless thanks for the motivation and great content!

Hey thanks for the video !! I do have a suggestion for you guys when your painting, when your going to use spray cans of paint you need to get one of those handle deals that clamp on the top of the can and work the tip by pressing the lever , it makes using a spray can of paint so much easier and gives you more control, once you've used one I don't think you'll want to paint without one , and they are cheap to buy I just looked it up and it's called an aerosol can trigger handle

On Aircraft when installing rod ends like you have on the dampener it is advised to install a fender washer at the rod end in case of a rod end failure. It will hold things together and not allow it all to fall apart!

Around 21:00 i agree thats a darn good guess. A 9.20 eighth mile is like a 14 second car...not exactly setting the world on fire until you put your butt that close to the ground on a machine that small. Ive got 8oh minis and they are a freaking handful. When i started my stock-ish looking doodlebug went 10.10 with wheelie bars. Keep going and you end up with a 12 second quarter mile mini that weighs 250 max with a rider and the power to weight is insane and it gets scary. Being a man, one tends to keep on keeping on anyway and go even quicker. Its fun stuff and not that hard to do, but please be safe when you go out there to play around...that means wear a helmet and leather and shoes or boots and just try to keep it on two wheels.

hey guys, that bike looks AWESOME! Couple of suggestions... Maybe add a second steering damper on the opposing side. That one is kinda light duty for going over 100mph! Also, the exhaust up and out the rear at the beginning of the video is much better than the one aimed at the ground later in the video. Careful not to catch it on the ground in the corners! (Same for the footpegs!) I realize you made this for a straight track run, but if you're running it on the Cars and Cameras Grand Prix, be careful! SEE YOU AT BUSCO IN A COUPLE WEEKS! -Glenn Build Night

Oh god this definitely what I needed right now bro. I’m fixing to put my reinforced 236 stroker together here within a week or so depending on parts shipping from GPS. As far as i know I’m the first or one of the first people building this specific bike that I just got. Spend a G on a nice bike and tear it down to make it Super bad. So the MUDSTAR 200 is getting 4” higher suspension all around, hydraulic breaks, 236 with GPS 285 cam with built head and billet ratio rockers w/24mm flat slide… #420 chain and sprocket with a god blessed JUGG-A -VERTER should be epic. More to come but I already spent 3K on this project and she’s not even done yet so time will be my friend on this one otherwise I’ll go broke if I let myself 😂😂

Ideally the upper/back seat to frame support tube should be reversed so it's more forward at top and going back and down towards rear for any real strength. Your way was faster for sure. I might stretch mine in same manor. Cool bike!
