Little tip: if you would of shot the monsters legs off and THEN used your stasis he would of moved much slower! Also, if your stasis duration was more improved, it would of lasted longer on him! Hope my tips aren't spoiling anything for you 😫

Not currently, no. Besides, I don't think it would be a good idea to mix a Let's Play with streaming. If a particular title is started as a Let's Play, it should be done like that entirely and the same goes for titles started during a stream.
