Congrats on passing 4 way. Full steam ahead! Looking forward to seeing the new hen house build. It’ll be interesting to see how you house them with such a cold & snowy Winter to consider. It was so kind of your previous neighbours to share their garden bounty with you and the chooks. Hopefully your eggs have golden yolks now. Just thinking about all your decisions with the different stages of the build, it must be bamboozling. I can’t imagine not having ceiling fans though… Summer is upon us here, they are a must, indoors and out. Ah thanks for mentioning outside! I want to put some on patios!!! I just don’t like the dust collection and cleaning part. It’s very dusty here….so we will just go with bedside ones. A bit of a delay on the chicken coop🤔 waiting for excavator to dig me a 10x10 about 1 foot deep area so we can pour concrete! It’ll be a pretty nice chicken coop, I think! I’ve never built anything by myself so this will be a challenge but fun. Hoping I can start soon….

I wish I loved sports! Haha! But nice to hear when other women do. Right now I use a bedside fan and really like it. It’s small enough to put away and doesn’t collect dust as much. That’s kinda what I’m thinking. Hopefully I won’t regret it😌 I guess if I do we can always change the light kits to fan kits. Thanks for joining us.

We run a fan 24-7. Helps move air around, compliments the HVAC system. I assume the home will be on natural gas, but that you need the electrical connection to activate. Can't imagine electrical, unless I am missing some new technology that makes the electric more energy efficient

Nice Veterans Park. What's the name of the ski slopes across your valley? Walk thru your home was nice and important to your video presentation...shows us how the space is evolving into reality! The raised ceilings creates spacioysness! Love the ceiling in the bedroom with dark beams and light stain on the infill slats. Have you seen the colorful blown glass from the artist in Seattle, Chihuly. His works are literal glass sculptures. Like the carved in lighting idea for the foyer. I think it’s fairly normal here as well but I’d prefer the ones on the bedside table just for the dust reason. It is VERY dusty here! I think in the larger rooms like kitchen and living our huge windows will act as a ceiling fan when they are cracked open😂

wait what? watching football? So you know... that area of the country is strangely void of football teams - well, there's college... - but as for the Pros, which team would you follow? I guess Denver is the only one in the Rockies really.... maybe Las Vegas....? I don't know. I have lived in 4 different areas and sort of adopted the nearby team. I grew up in South Philly... so I'll always be an Eagles fan... but now I'm in Minnesota - so I root for the Vikings. I guess Salt Lake needs a pro football team don't they?

I do like watching football, mostly college. My team is LSU but I also pull for the Utes. As for the NFL, unfortunately it’s the Saints. Las Vegas is only about 5 hours away so I guess I could adopt them…hmmm.
