Little bit of salt in your water will help too. I personally dont think you need Protein, you definitely need carbs to fuel the body

Almost some old skool Batman and robin style action shots of you on the water. Little hard to hear what your saying on the water with the wind/water, maybe subtitles. Good vid, I like the story style and debrief at the end 👍🏽 Also, carbs instead of protein bars. Carbs are easier to breakdown, proteins are hard to breakdown and can make you feel tiny bit sluggish. Protein after for muscle repair though.
