This is a stylish house with plenty of room for a family and for entertaining. The kids even have their own living/hangout space upstairs. Fireplaces are cosmetic features that few people actually use, and I'd definitely omit the one in the master bedroom. The master bath/dressing area could be reorganized to include a shower, and one high-up window in the closet would be more than enough. There's an area off the kitchen that should contain the laundry machines. With just a little tweaking, this could be a great home.

Wow, definitely a home for a family easily of 4. My days of climbing stairs are coming to an end soon, but it would be nice to have those upper bedrooms on the first floor and cut back on the back porch. Its so lovely!

Did I miss a laundry room? Maybe in the mud room at the garage entry? How does one get a grand piano upstairs? LoL! Beautiful home, spacious living area for entertaining. Downstairs master close windows severely limit storage/hanging space. Wouldn’t change much about the communal living spaces though.

The piano comes apart. One section is the keyboard & inner workings. The other is the legs.

😮WOW!!! BEAUTIFUL, LOVE IT! Of course a few things could be changed and really only one thing i dont really care for. First off... i dont care for a tv to be above a fireplace but thats the only place for it. Just like a lot of these houses. Things i would change... The tile colors. Cut down on the use of white throughout the house. It looks great but i need a little color in my life. The wall under the stairs.. Ditch the wall pockets for a closet under the stairs. Where's the laundry???? Guess the mud room or the garage. Both work for me. A shower in the master bath. I would sacrifice the sink on the left as your facing them for a shower there. Now.... MAJOR extra points for the attached garage and the gas fireplace in the master bedroom!!! Lastly..... Sure wouldn't wanna be on the crew to get that grand piano up to the loft. 🤪 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 FANTASTIC JOB ON A BEAUTIFUL HOUSE!! ✌😎
