Nice vid Rick, I use Stage V intakes and blueprinted OEM exhausts and was going to order a set of Stage V exhaust rockers when Eric passed (RIP) . Let's hope Tim at FHO can bring them back to fill the void. I have been informed that the Canadian rockers are made from powdered metal put through an investment cast process and they are rated conservatively at 650 lbs open pressure. The ratios are 1.6 for both int and exhaust. Just thought I'd pass it on to viewers.

Eric passing was bad in so many ways. Thanks for watching.

Thanks Rick..didn't know about the Canadian option. I have a STAGE V conversion and I must say it is a shame to cover those rockers with a valve cover..they are beautiful..R.I.P. Eric Hansen.

A friend of mine wants someone to make clear valve covers. They do it for models everyday. Why can't we have some. I would love it. Thanks for watching.

I just sold my set of Indy rockers last year. They were off on the geometry, one solution was to raise and move the stands. Instead I waited and installed Stage V rockers, they are perfect, right in the middle of the stems.

Interesting video. My Indy rocker arm just spit out a roller and I am looking for other options. To be fair...my 572 Inch Indy Hemi is a drag race motor that hits 7000 RPM each run, but with 26 passes I am disappointed that a roller broke. Just happened on Sunday, so I figure my season is done. I will have to pull the engine and tear it down to see where the roller and pin went. Any input by others that had a roller break would be helpful.

I’ve never used Indy rockers so I can’t tell you anything about them. Manton has bought the Stage V rocker arm business. I would contact them to see if they have started production yet. They should do your job. Thanks for watching.

Can't you run a different length push rod to adjust the sweep on the valve stem? An adjustable length pushrod can be used to find the sweet spot (length) and then you can order them up for your engine build. I would assume this is also true on a G2 Hemi.
@rickseeman56796 ай бұрын
Pushrod length won’t change the sweep on these because the shaft location is fixed. Thanks for watching.

@@rickseeman5679 Thank you for explaining that to me, makes perfect sense now. I'm in the market for a G2 Hemi Rocker System.

@@Fmandan77 If you can live with the price of the Ray Bartons that's what i would go with. If not there are other used brands to look for.

Rick, how much for rocker arms? Holy Cow! Did I hear you right $5900.00 for Jessel Hemi rockers plus machining?😮

I was wondering if the canadian rockers were good. I've got a set of 20 year old stage V ported heads that have never been used. Want to biuld a fairly mild 540.
@rickseeman56796 ай бұрын
They look very good. I hope they work out. I do love Stage V heads. I’m told 540 is a good combination. Ray Barton told me he made 1022 horsepower with one. Of course that was using a much larger roller cam than I would ever use. A mild 540 I’m sure would please you. Thanks for watching.

Sir can we use the existing oem pushrods if we choose to put Edelbrock heads with regular hydraulic lifter s
@rickseeman5679Күн бұрын
@@Joenogueyra In theory that’s supposed to work but I like the aftermarket pushrods because they’re prettier and I don’t have any stock ones anymore.

My idea, if they ever build a new 426 Hemi, build a 4.400 bore with a 3.500 stroke, 10.300 deck height or 10.400 deck height and last but not least use a Desmo rocker arms. No springs !!!!
