I was fishing in the French Broad River in Tennessee and I caught three that size right there they were huge. I know they were in the river but I never expected on to be that big. They were in the 40s if not more and they are a fun fish to fight

Fish of a life time

I would agree however, I have got a number of fish over 40lbs and up to 48.5". Fish of the season landed but I did have an even bigger one in my hands the day prior. This fish was a special memory though and quite the specimen. Looking to top it again this May and everythings getting filmed this year!

I only watched about 30 seconds if that. I can't even imagine how many breeders you clowns have killed for the sake of content.

We have always had the strictest regs of most all striper fisheries and 98% of fish get released because we dont typically catch many fish in the limited slot anyway. Our fishery has been amazing with great improvement every year (best its been in well over 20 years). If you watched more than 20 seconds you would see proper fish handling and quick releases. I even discuss how to properly use circle hooks to increase hookups while decreasing deep hooking. The fish caught in spring are caught 45-60 degree water and revive with much more vigor and better mortality rates than catching them in the salt in 70+ degree water ever will... Which is the standpoint that most wanna be eliteist come from who bag on people who fish striper in the spring. meanwhile in the salt water fishery is where 90 percent at least of striper killed by angling happens. ...and side note, the action cam already rolling means i get pictures way faster than you can take a picture making it's 10x better for the fish. So killing fish for content is a horrible take considering the photage (2023) is 2 years old and was only posted years later once i decided to do some editing, if you actually watch b4 running your mouth about something 1st you'll see theres nobody around, very little fishing pressure compared to what they have to go through the rest of the year. Any other a$$ backward, completely miss informed assumptions i can help you dismiss?

Yep, typical piggery behavior of beta boat googs that think their fish counts. Maybe they can be man for once in their life and earn em' in the surf.
