смотреть is not "sea" but "TO see". смотреть is a verb. A verb is expressed in English by the particle "to" ;-) использовать is not the "use" of a product, but "TO use", etc...

This list is 90% useless. Imaging u want to talk to someone you know. Who uses words like computer science and kettle. I'm a Russian in America who wants to teach his wife Russian, all the youtube lists and videos are horrible.
