Stuck at home? Keep your body moving and efficient with this agility workout.
Rebecca team show off a 45-minute level 1 bodyweight workout you can do at home for improved speed and agility training.
Need to adjust the difficulty of the workout?
• Team members are each demonstrating a different Mod level of difficulty, from 1 to 3 - adjust up or down as necessary!
• Killing the level 1 mod 3 workouts? Maybe it's time to try out our level 2 routines!

EVOLVE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS: At-home, bodyweight workouts and training, no equipment required.
Come back Mondays to Saturdays for 3 workouts focusing on a specific area:
• Mondays: STRENGTH
• Tuesdays: AGILITY
• Wednesdays: CORE
• Thursdays: TOTAL SPORTS
• Fridays: TENNIS
• Saturdays: GOLF
WORKOUT PREMIERE SCHEDULE (all times EST):
• 9AM on select days: Stretching and Yoga
• 11AM: Express Workout (25 Minutes)
• 1PM: Standard Workout (45 Minutes)
• 3PM: Extended Workout (65 Minutes)

I really don't like the way this is edited. Specifically how the camera cuts to one mod or the other at the beginning of a workout. I want to see all three mods at the same time throughout the whole workout so that I can more readily pick my mod and stick with it from the outset. Half the time I don't know what one or two of the mods are until the middle of the workout because of this camera work.

Great workouts but your editing is way overdone! Less cuts please - so hard to see the moves and makes you dizzy. Also some shots do not even show the whole body...hard to focus and follow along. Hope you will take a suggestion!
