😊😊😊 This makes us so happy. Music was a very big challenge for us until we found the perfect mix which is suitable for most. Still a bit repetitive but we are trying our best to keep it enjoyable 😍

How many days a week should I do it to build muscles?

It depends. Are you planning to do this workout only? We recommend switching things around a little bit to make sure you hit all muscle groups as well as focusing on high protein diet to support muscle growth. Try to always progress and challenge yourself once your body adapted to current training routine. 🫶
