Completed this workout at the gym with 40 lb. dumbbells and this without a doubt is the most challenging and invigorating session I’ve done all month. Those third rounds with the extended ISO holds pushed me mentally and physically in particular. I have gotten days 11-15 done throughout the past week and I plan on doing the Full Body Metcon session tomorrow once I’ve gotten a bit more recovery in 🤜🏼💥🤛🏼

Yes, I prefer sitting on the toes. My shoes are protecting my feet and toes from squeezing them 😀 But feel free to adjust to your own preference ✅
