Renegade rows are really tough for me but I dropped to a knee plank and lowered my weights. Thanks for the workout

Same for me it's my core strength that lets me down rather than the actual row! I did these ones with my hands on a bench which made the plank part easier and enabled me to row!

Done it in the morning. Great workout! A little different. I wonder if I shall do upper tomorrow or give it a rest as you recommend.. I like to get 5 days of weights per week. Possibly push/pull/legs split. Weekends usually are for a long run or bike ride in my case.. I’m thorn as I’d happily follow your 6weeks program too..

Everyones schedule will be different, 5 days weights per week with run/bike on the weekends is a great routine. Tomorrow will be a Full Body with the Build Series, following the routine that works for your own schedule usually always works the best 👍

This was an awesome workout! I used a resistance band for the hamstring curls - I cannot manage to hold a dumbbell between my feet like that. Tips welcome! Glutes and hamstrings on fire! Reply

What's the difference between that pendly row and a bent over row ?

Great question. With the pendlay focus on keeping your back in a more horizontal position and pause at the bottom before pulling upwards and squeezing shoulder blades together , I like to keep the feet in a wider stance also. Both are very similar just with a few differences. Keep crushing it Doug💪🔥
