🌟WOW. Stellar workout!!!!! You offer such unique angles & movements that I can't seem to find anywhere else! Not only was it a super core workout, but I also felt like I got total body, heart rate up, and mobility interwoven into the workout. THANK YOU! 🌟

Oh my gosh, that was hard. I had to take a break because I could no longer hold the abs tight. So I did half of it in the morning and the other half in the afternoon. I used 0.5 ankle weights lol

It's actually a really long workout for just abs, so breaking it up is a good idea!

I’ve been enjoying all the ankle weights but I do miss your old functional training/cardio sculpt ones with all the handstands 😢

Did your older 2 older inner and outerthigh workouts with ankle weights for 70 min total so im gonna wait to try 🤣
Жыл бұрын
good idea!

I did the whole thing in one go. I used 0.5 kg ankle weights and no dumbbells. I could do with 40/10 instead of 60/10.

it's definitely one of the more advanced ones. Remember, it's always a good thing when you can't do the whole thing because whenever you go back to it you can see if you have improved!
@emmaeIIe5 ай бұрын
@barlatesbodyblitz I did, but I can no longer go at your pace, though lol. Muscles need slow pace. Otherwise, there is no time for the mind to connect 😂

sometimes slower is harder anyway. Especially with ankle weights on!
