Hi Linda! I'm so happy to have found this slow total body barre workout! I'm doing half of the class at a time with no weights-to start-as I'm coming back from 5 mo's of no work-out's😜. YIKES!

Awesome, glad you found me! Yes, this routine is perfect for 1lb ankle weights as it moves pretty fast! I have many, many ankle weight workouts. Enjoy!!

Hi Linda! I was wanting to try the 4 videos in this ankle weight series and was wondering if they can all be done in the same week or if I should have a rest day in between? I’m changing up my fitness and dropping heavy weights to focus on more Pilates and barre and functional workouts and I’m excited to try more of your workouts 🤩

I always like to tell people to listen to their body. Just try it and see how you go. If you are too sore, do some lighter cardio the next day and see how long it takes you to recover. All the workouts in the series are designed to complement each other, so once you get used to my style you should be able to do them all in one week :)
